I had a lovely stay at Doubletree Suites By Hilton Hotel Philadelphia West! The location is excellent, right across from the mall, making shopping super convenient. The two-room king suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Robin at the front desk was truly amazing—she was kind, funny, and super helpful during our three-night stay.

Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff

I had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms that provided a comfortable retreat after a long day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and the breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets that added a special touch. However, some areas in the hotel could use updates to enhance the overall experience.

The King Suite was spacious with a separate door for privacy. The living room had a nice sofa bed and a decent TV. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom had good lighting. Location was ideal for visiting family nearby. 🙂

Be sure to try the restaurant for dinner. the food is exceptional and rivals local favorites.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay, especially the individuals in the breakfast area who showed great care in accommodating dietary restrictions. I felt welcomed and appreciated their attentiveness. I visited during a busy time and noticed the cleanliness in common areas, which was reassuring.

I encountered loud noise from a party in the hotel that disrupted my stay. It was uncomfortable and unexpected.

The indoor pool needs serious cleaning!!! The fitness room lacks basic equipment and is not maintained well!!! The bathrooms show signs of neglect, with peeling wallpaper and rusty fixtures!!!

Spacious suites made with comfort in mind. Had issues with noisy parties disturbing sleep. Close to a nice golf course.

the cookies at check-in were a delightful treat. stay here if you’re looking for a place with free parking and a spacious room for your family.

The clean and spacious room was perfect for our family. My kids loved the warm pool and the delicious breakfast, especially the made-to-order pancakes from Tim. Plus, having breakfast served until noon was a big highlight for us.

My kids wished there were more nut-free dessert options.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the cozy Two Room King Suite with a sofa bed, which gave us plenty of space for the kids. The indoor pool and the sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was some noise from other guests, but it didn’t overshadow the fun we had! 😊

Family with children, think twice.

The pool was a real lifesaver for us! It was warm and the kids stayed in for hours, just having a blast. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, Tim at the grill made the best pancakes and waffles ever, the kids loved it.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for a family trip, it was still acceptable.

The room was spacious, and the layout was a pleasant surprise for our family. We truly appreciated the helpful staff during our minor hiccups.

However, we faced a few inconveniences like a toilet handle that required manual adjustments and unexpected water outages. It was frustrating at times.

This place suits me perfectly, offering reliable wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a relaxing indoor pool. Staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I always enjoy my time here and am coming back for a weekend!
